la commande effectuée le 28 juillet n'a été traitée que le 18 Août avec livraison le 20 sans aucune information entre ces 2 dates, alors que vous aviez encaissé le montant de l'achat ! . J'ai essayé de vous adresser des mails , mais sans aucun retour . J'avais imaginé ne jamais avoir de vos nouvelles ni recevoir l'article commandé . De plus j'avais retourné un article identique mais de taille inférieure et heureusement que l'intermédiaire cette fois, Décathlon s'est occupé de ce retour avec relance pour obtenir une simple étiquette de retour .
Il y a de nettes améliorations à faire . Je ne suis d'ailleurs pas du tout sûre de commander de nouveaux articles auprès de vous ... bien dommage car je suis contente de la qualité du produit.
